FLAWLESSLY INCH’D DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS.

Exchanges:
Flawlessly Inch’d is understanding of mistakes so we will honor exchange request for products within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only granted if you receive an incorrect item(s) or length(s). Exchanges must be of the same value and cost of the original purchased item. No exchange will be made until the original purchased item has been returned to us. The exchange item must be unused and returned in its original state with original packaging intact to qualify for exchange. Per hygiene laws and for the sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges on hair that has been washed, worn, or altered.Â
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel an order, there will be $25 fee deducted from the purchase. Cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours of the purchase time.
Lost/ Stolen Packages:
Flawlessly Inch’d is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages and packages that have been delivered but are listed untraceable. We will ensure all orders comes with a Tracking Number to be track through the postal service. If your tracking information states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with your local postal office.Â
